Cost of Joining: There is no special initial fee to join. Our regular dues for 2012 are $24.00 for the year and are due Jan.1, 2012. If you are joining  later in the year, dues are prorated, so you can make out the check for less than $24, namely $2.00 for each month remaining in the calendar year. If you wish your newsletter delivered by regular postal mail, however, your dues are increased to $30 a year/ $2.50 per month.

 

Procedure for Joining: Gather these three (3) items--(1)this signed application form, (2) your check (payable to Association of University People) and (3)your proof of eligibility—and mail them to the address listed below. For eligibility, Please include a proof of graduation (e.g., a photocopy of your diploma) and indicate if you wish it to be returned to you. Applications are accepted only at the monthly meeting or by regular mail.

In about 2-3 weeks, the Membership Director will acknowledge your membership application and send you a welcome letter and the current AUP Directory.

Summary of procedure: Send this form,   prorated dues ($2/ $2.50) for each month left in the calendar year)  and proof of graduation to:
